How long will my claim take ?
We aim to recover the maximum amount possible for you, the length of time varies from claim to claim and also depends on the number of claims you may have. We will be in contact with every step of the way to ensure you are fully updated with how your claim is going, but we aim to complete the process as quickly as possible.
How can I speed up my claim ?
There are certain rules that both Tucan Claims and the insurers have to comply with. Even though here at Tucan our processes allow us to complete your claim preperation and execution as quickly as possible, the majority of insurers are taking the maximum time they are allowed to respond to our requests (and everyone else's requests!).
The only thing you can do to speed up your claim is to ensure that you send any documentation to us as soon as possible.
Is this legal ?
Yes !! This claims process is 100% legal, and we at Tucan Claims are careful to make sure we abide by our legal requirements.
Is this Ethical ?
People can be under the misconception that Banks and Lenders are there to help you expand and succeed, to provide that extra helping hand. This is sometimes not the case, Banks are, in essence, shops which sell you financial products, which sometimes you neither need or can afford.
If the banks and lenders penalise you if you miss a payment or make an incorrect payment then why should they remain unpunished if they are mis-selling Payment Protection
Can I send my documents online or by fax ?
There are certain documents which you can email to us at admin@tucanclaims.co.uk, but we are unable to accept electronic versions of the Terms and Conditions and the Letter of Authority.
I have only paid part of my fee, how do I pay the rest ?
At the moment we can only accept Credit / Debit cards over the phone, cheques or postal orders by post and bank transfers (BACS / CHAPS). Please call 0844 774 2668 to either pay or get the necessary details if you are paying by cheque or bank transfer.
We are adding functionality to our website which will allow you to pay online, if you still need to pay when this feature becomes available we will contact you and let you know.
